Why Counselling?

Counselling is for anyone who wants the opportunity to live life differently. For anyone who feels like they are stuck in a rut and are tired of repeating the same mistakes. For anyone who dreams of living a life full of wonder, curiosity, growth & expansion. It is for anyone who is tired of the mundane, who wants to change their patterns, who wants to experience a new way of being.


Counselling is about developing a relationship with your Self.

It is an opportunity to get to know and understand your Self. 

Maybe you've had enough? You're tired of feeling alone and feeling overwhelmed. You feel unhappy about your body, your relationships, your life. Maybe you just want your anxiety and your fears to go away? Maybe you are tired of putting other people first and then feeling resentful towards the people you love the most?

You are not alone and I would be honoured to support you.



Inner Wisdom

In counselling sessions I support you to tune into your innate wisdom. I encourage curiosity about your way of living and your view on the world. Together, we look at your habits, patterns, relationships and belief systems and slowly begin to sift through and look for the gifts and the uniqueness of your individual Self. 

When you are willing to experience something different in your life you invite new opportunities and experiences. 


Building Awareness & Claiming Your Experience

My intention is to get to know you and your unique way of experiencing the world. From this place, we can work together to take the steps towards the change you would like to experience.


Change begins when we first build awareness around our story, our beliefs, our feelings, and our reactions. From this place, we can take conscious steps to actively change our belief system and our reactions to it.


I will support you to:

  • connect with your feelings and your body.

  • tune into your specific needs, desires, dreams and surroundings

  • learn how to communicate your needs, desires and feelings to your loved ones

  • create specific attainable goals and steps to get there so that you can experience resilience, hope, peace, joy, & confidence.
